It’s easy and fun to learn how to read in English!
At Adult Learning Activities you will find a number of texts divided into the following categories:
- working
- law and government
- family
- school
- health and safety
- housing
- money
- science and technology
- services
- going places
- nature
After you have chosen a category of your interest, click on one of the titles and then you can:
(1) choose to read the basic or the full version of the story,
(2) listen to the story and sometimes watch the video as well,
(3) do some comprehension, vocabulary and pronunciation exercises as well as play games,
and finally, you can:
(4) print your scores or e-mail them to your teacher!
(5) clear all your scores so that you could start practising again next time.
